Registration Requirements for postgraduate students

•  The student submits the research plan to his department


•  The department sets a date to discuss the research plan in the department’s seminar


•  The seminar will determine the validity of the plan


•  The student makes the required modifications and then approves the plan by signing the supervision on the cover of the plan


•  The student submits a request to the head of the department to register the topic after approving the plan from the supervision


•  The student attends the patent of the subject from the Academy of Scientific Research in Cairo


•  The head of the department submits the request to the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research


•  The Vice Dean submits the request to the Postgraduate Studies Unit to take the necessary action
