It was announced that excellence rewards will be granted to only those Egyptian students who have secondary education nor the students who obtained the equal certificates from the Arab or foreign countries, as following

| Students obtaining very good degree in term examinations |
| The student who gets a very good degree is among the excellent top students of secondary or technical or Azhar education |

| The student getting a very good degree is among who obtained 80% in secondary or technical or Azhar or teachers | 84 L.E. in monthly installments |
