Comprehensive guide for prospective students outlines documentation and fees for 2025 admissions

The Admissions Office at Minia University has released the official application requirements for its Special Diploma programs for the 2025 academic year. Prospective students must prepare the following documentation:

Required Application Documents

  • Completed electronic application form

  • Original birth certificate

  • Original bachelor's degree certificate

  • Proof of payment for Digital Transformation Course registration

  • Copy of national ID card

  • Four personal photographs (4x6 cm)

  • Military status certificate (for male applicants)

  • Certificate of good conduct

  • Employer approval letter + employment status (for working professionals)

  • Work history documentation (for non-employed applicants)

  • Plastic document folder

Mandatory Fees Payment

Applicants must pay the following fees via Fawry payment system:

  • Application fee: 100 EGP

  • Student guide: 50 EGP

  • Martyrs' donation: 10 EGP

  • Disability support donation: 10 EGP
