The faculty of (ECE) Early Childhood Education at the University of Minia has officially announced the launch of its undergraduate program for the 2025/2026 academic year. The program is designed to train a new generation of highly qualified kindergarten teachers.
The four-year Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (Kindergarten Teacher Preparation) will be taught under a credit-hour system. Students are required to complete a total of 144 credit hours, with coursework divided into mandatory core subjects and specialized elective courses.
The program's comprehensive curriculum is structured to achieve several key objectives:
To equip graduates with the necessary skills to become proficient kindergarten teachers.
To provide a deep understanding of modern teaching and learning methodologies specific to kindergarten-aged children.
To develop expertise in designing and implementing specialized curricula and programs for early childhood education.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, formally qualifying them as kindergarten teachers.
