Today’s children are the future leaders ,and Early Childhood is the most important and dangerous stages of life; since it is responsible for the composition of the child’s character and its features, and this stage has its obvious effect on the following ages. The interest of this age group_ Early Childhood_ is one of the standards that measured by the civilization and progress of nations and people, whenever the state is more aware and interested in their children, it could precede the other in the process of development and progress. Kindergarten is the most important and serious educational institution , after the family ,wherever it provides with the required education and care and facilitates the work of the following educational institutions, improve its effectiveness, and reduce the wastage of more time , effort ,and cost. Believing the above , Mubarak program for future policy, ”Mubarak and education” aims to make the kindergarten stage as a mandatory stage by joining it to the basic education; to be part of the educational process in Egypt, and increasing segment of children gradually to reach (100%) of the statistics of children in this age of 2015. The achievement of kindergarten to its desired objectives depends on the availability of qualified educational and academic teachers to work in this stage , whatever the financial resources remain available, the need for who improves the management and uses these possibilities for getting the benefit of the educational process. The presence of kindergarten faculty at Minia university based on a system of academic and educational process based on quality , which was created by ministerial decree(3611)on 02.11.2009, and republican decree (3711) for 2009 ,will meet the need for teachers and qualifications to work with children in light of the requirements of the times; thus contributing to improve children’s readiness for joining primary school ,and raising the personal and academic achievements of the child , and reduce repetition ,drop-out, and escape from the primary education ;which in turn is reflected on the level of children and all the society.
